Change of plans

Well, I never reached my goal weight. Bummer. And now that I'm pregnant I obviously wont be triying to lose weight. So now my goal will just be to eat as healthy as I can and exercise more so that I can have a healthy pregnancy and not gain more weight than I should.

I am thrilled about this pregnancy, so I'm going to try not to be discouraged about the extra 5-10 lbs I'm starting out with. I think I will post my belly pics on here and maybe this can be my pregnancy journal. Wish me luck for a healthy pregnancy!!

seriously dude...you've got to stop frettin over a few pounds. Your making all the people like me that are still trying to lose the 15 lbs they gained when they first got married feel really bad about themselves!! and 25 lbs?!?! I gained that much in my right ankle when i was pregnant with Oak!!!

Don't worry about how much weight you gain. I think as long as you eat healthy and workout everyday the pregnancy will go so much smoother. I gained a few more pounds than i had wanted to, but I'm 100% sure working out through my pregnancy is what made my pregnancy so amazing- no back pain, no hip pain, no heart burn, no stretch marks, and the weight just fell off within weeks after having Beckham. So don't worry too much about the pounds, just try to be as healthy as you can.

I agree with Rachele...though my weight isn't falling off within weeks I was MUCH MUCh more comfortable in my pregnancy with Tex than I was with Eden. I really suggest Kathy Smith's pregnancy workout. It's from the 80's and cheesy, but she really works the spots that need to be worked out and stretched while pregnant.
