Weight loss for moms

Does anyone else think that losing weight is much more difficult when you are home almost all day long? I know that when I am busy, I don't think about food and treats all the time. I've realized that I just need to come up with a hobby. My girls keep me really busy, but I guess my mind isn't busy enough. Eating is probably not the best hobby either. I love baking, but that's not going to help me lose weight.

I have always wanted a hobby. So... what are your hobbies?

ya when I am home and not busy I seem to make frequent stops to the fridge. But hobbies hmm, I enjoy a lot of things and actually have had to try to take a lot of them out because now I have a child I just don't have enough time to do everything. Cuz I'd love to still play on a softball team, go hunting and fishing and camping like I use to.

But currently I am working on a quiet book (long and tedious but fun)
I also enjoy making cakes and trying new designs and doing tier cakes ( i just got a book from michaels and teach myself).
I like to work out - but I need a goal like a race or triathlon to train for,
I am starting to learn how to make random sewing projects and toys for keilana. I also enjoy making ribbon bows and flower clips for Keilana and other little girls.
I love to do projects on the house - like relandscaping, or tile or painting. So those are just a few things that I do now, cuz working full time and now with a child - time doesn't permit for much else. I want to get back into roadbiking and Keilana loves her bike trailer so it'd be a blast for kids, gets me exercise and Keilana outside in fresh air and some scenery.

Ok so I just wanted to say one more think haha. This is what I want to do after I finish her quiet book which deadline is this saturday for her bday party. Anyway I just love the option available to make your own play kitchen especially for a little girl. THis is one of the few I have seen while searching google and blogs - it seems like a fun project.
