Failure

Yeah, you know what I'm talking about.
Matti... my hat goes off to you.
You are a much stronger woman than I am.

k- dont know you but we have a lot of the same friends (matti, stef...etc.) and i love this blog and i just laughed out loud at this poster. this is how i have felt for the whole week! it is just a little too familiar- that image. ha! i am due in two months and i was trying to not just give up and become a beast like i did last pregnancy but then i find myself only wanting to eat cookies and mcdonalds...etc. meh. i had a banana this morning... i also had a bag of mini oreos. oh man. :)

pwah ha ha!!! YOU ROCK!!

i haven't been able to do it yet either.

one thing rachele always said was to treat each day like a new day, and that helps a ton. so if you scarfed a pint of haggen daaz and your own personal chocolate cake last night, eat oats for breakfast today.

HAHA! i just looked at that AWESOME poster again!!!

HEY -- LET'S MAKE A DEAL!! next week, i won't eat any sweety goodness if you won't. FOR REAL! when one of us breaks, the deal's off and sweets are free game, so it's like we're punishing our friend for breaking. does that make sense??

blah blah ... long comment. LET'S DO IT!! (um, is frosted flakes a "treat"?)

Oh. So sad. But I'm laughing. Is that cruel? If it is then you shouldn't have such a funny poster on there. Anyway,I feel your pain. When I said I made those nummy healthy pancakes, what I meant was I made them while eating a pop tart. And then I topped them with whipped cream. :( But one thing I did when I was doing that diet was I mixed almonds, craisens, and dark chocolate (the darkest you can find). Like a trail mix. I had it every night before bed. That was my treat. Guilt free. When I got sick of that I would make a peanut butter banana split smoothie. Bananas, adam's all natural peanut butter, yogurt, a little honey, ice. You can pretend it's a milkshake (kind of). It's pretty good and at least calms the sweet tooth. Hope that helps!

Hahaha, I obviously read this after I emailed you those pictures. You are funny and that photo is hillarious. It is tricky. I don't think I did it my first try either. It's something you work up to. It's a challenge. Stef's comment from Rachele is a good one. Treat each day like a new one. You messed up tuesday, try again wednesday. You will make it. And don't punish yourself either. Just try again the next day and still treat yourself saturday. You'll get there.
